Large format sheet cutting
HF-A Large Format Series Laser Cutting Machine
A large-bed sheet laser cutting system for oversized plate, long parts and heavy fabrication work. This section follows the same product-page structure as HF-G so buyers can compare models consistently.
Factory assembled machine video
See the large-format machine after factory assembly.
This factory video shows an assembled HF-A Large Format laser cutting machine before delivery, helping buyers understand the real machine scale, long-bed structure, gantry layout and production presence. It is useful for comparing floor space, loading access and the practical setup needed for oversized plate work.
Beam motion concept
Fast cutting-head travel inside the beam for cleaner large-format cutting.
The HF25032A video shows the cutting head moving rapidly inside the beam while the full bridge does not need to accelerate as aggressively for every small feature. This motion concept supports smoother processing, improved cut quality and better stability when cutting detailed parts on a large-format bed.
Large working area
Built for long plates, large profiles and parts that exceed standard sheet cutting formats.
Heavy fabrication fit
Useful for structural steel, machinery, equipment manufacturing and large component workflows.
Model selection support
RoboLaser can help match power, bed size and handling options to your Australian workshop layout.
Optional bevel upgrade
Bevel cutting can be specified for weld preparation, angled edges and thick-plate fabrication, helping reduce secondary grinding and fit-up work.
Optional upgrade
Add bevel cutting when the job needs prepared edges.
For large plate work, bevel capability can be configured as an option instead of presenting it as a separate product family. It is useful for weld preparation, V/Y/X/K bevel processing and parts where secondary edge preparation slows production.
