Continuous sheet production from coil material.
HF-TU is designed for workshops using regular sheet sizes or repeat parts where coil stock can reduce preparation time and manual handling. The line supports dynamic production from coil material, then sends finished parts, unqualified material and waste through a structured sorting and unloading workflow.
Flexible coil production
Combines loading, uncoiling, precision slicing, laser cutting and electrical control for a matched automatic line.
Real-time in-line cutting
Supports synchronous feeding and laser cutting so coil material can be processed continuously instead of pre-cut offline.
Automatic sorting and unloading
Finished products, unqualified material and waste can be separated for smoother downstream handling.
Rolling workbench
The workbench supports automatic cutting, feeding and unloading while helping maintain movement accuracy.
